Updated Vintage Shelf

Betty Gram let me buy this little vintagey-arts and crafts movement shelf from her for $6.00 last fall. Now, after some little nails to re-inforce it, sanding, caulking, wood putty filler, sanding, priming, more sanding, 1st coat of cream and lastly the 2nd coat - it looks grand! I am pleased with the rich buttery creamy color. A little darker than I had anticipated, but none the less charming.

A Cheerful Bouquet

"Bouquet Two" comes from my dear friend, Peggy. She is our organist at church and a dear soul. I received this fresh bouquet whilst in the hospital this week. What vivid pinks and greens. The bountiful spring selection is filled with carnations, large snap dragons, daisies and fern. Thank you!

Quiet Time

Lovely tulips in an old glass milk jar have made a lovely 'get well' greeting every morning this week. Thanks to my mum and sis.

I am so pleased with a beautiful quilt picked from Brylan Home...though it is a China made quilt. At this time I don't have time or space to finish a large queen size quilt for my bed. This one will be just dandy and it was on-sale significantly!

Camera Shy

My trusty little digital camera has taken a turn for the worse, meaning that it will come on but it won't register to snap a photograph. I am heart sick over this fact and am trying to rectify the situation as soon as I can. Does anyone know how it could possibly be repaired?
