Native Gardening at Stillwater, Oklahoma

Viewing the Garden with fellow OSU Master Gardeners.
Each bed represented the plants available in the greenhouses down the hill.

I quite liked this bed of all native plants.

Native Oklahoma Wisteria, with a delicious fragrance.

The Beauties up close. They had such a wistful aroma.

Hi Amy, I found your blog via Google. Are you an Oklahoma Master Gardener. I've always thought about taking the classes. Howdy from one Okie to another.~~Dee

Yes, indeed. I took the class through our local County Extension Office in 2004, and have renewed my commitment this past Spring. Each Gardener is responsible for completing a certain number of training/volunteering hours to keep up their Certification. It's a great learning opportunity. I highly recommend it!
